Yangshuo is a small village in the south of China, about 65km from Guilin. It is situated on a small plain between karst (eroded limestone) peaks. The Li River winds along the landscape, making it one of the most beautiful sceneries of China. It is known by Chinese people as 'a paradise under heaven'.

Yangshuo has a rich history of over 1.400 years. You can still get a taste of the rich culture when visiting old towns and minority villages. It is an unique place, where you can relax and get away from the city. There are beautiful sites to see like the Yu Long River, Moon Hill and the famous Impression Light Show. Or you can just grab a bicycle and make a tour along the rice fields and visit the local villages.
